3. Verification can take between 30mins – 3 hours.
4. Once verification is complete, your order will be converted to processing and you will get an email.
5. Once its shipped, you will get another email with your tracking number.

Once we receive your e-Transfer, we will process your order for shipping. Your order will be marked off as “Processing” until the payment clears. Please note that it may take up to an hour for us to receive your e-Transfer.

Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your E-Transfer to us. We keep the order on hold until the payment is received. If there has been no payment after 48 hours, then the order is cancelled.

If your package doesn’t arrive by the expected delivery date provided by the Shipping Carrier, please contact us via email. We will initiate a trace with the Shipping Carrier to locate your package. The tracing process can take up to 5 business days. If the trace is successful, your package will be en route to you. In the event that the package cannot be located, we will send you a one-time replacement valued at up to $500.

Please note, refunds cannot be issued for late deliveries as this is solely the responsibility of the Shipping Carrier and outside our control. Once the Shipping Carrier marks the tracking status as “Delivered,” we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

Upon receiving your package, we encourage you to capture videos and photos while unboxing to verify the contents and ensure the correct weight of your order.

Signature is not required, however if you wish to do so, we are not held liable once your tracking shows “Delivered”.
